Fancy something healthy and sweet? Then this chia pudding could be just the thing for you!

The great thing is that you can customise it to your taste, depending on what you mix in and use as a topping. There are no limits to your creativity 🙂

Yam! Soooooo delicious!!!

Preparation time: approx. 15 min

Cooling time: at least 3-4 hours

Ingredients for 6 portions

For the pudding

  • 120g chia seeds
  • 600 ml oat drink
  • 200 ml water
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp grated coconut
  • 2 ripe bananas

    For the finish

    • Fruit of your choice (e.g. grapes, blueberries, apples, pears, etc.)
    • Baking cocoa
    • Toppings such as shredded coconut, flaked almonds, cocoa nibs, peeled hemp seeds, etc.

      Preparation

Place the chia seeds in a large bowl. Add the oat drink, water, maple syrup and shredded coconut and mix well.

Puree the ripe bananas in a blender (or mash well with a fork) and add to the mixture and mix well

Chill everything for at least 3 hours. The chia seeds will soak up the liquid and the whole mixture will be nice and creamy.

Now pour the chia pudding into small bowls and pimp to your liking. You can simply enjoy it on its own. Or mix in fruit of your choice, mix in some baking cocoa and add various toppings. Let your creativity run wild!

      Happy feasting!
