You will receive the access data for the member area by e-mail after your booking.
What do I need to take part in the Conscious Power Workout?
You need a quiet place to be undisturbed during training. A mat is also an advantage. Come in sportswear in which you can move easily and have still water and a towel ready if necessary.
And a desire for movement in which you want to feel your body and playfully push your limits with me.
